Inspections normally take 1.5 hrs. We recommend that the buyer be present if at all possible. If the buyer cannot attend, the selling agent can act on their behalf. If the buyer cannot be present, we can call from the job site to review the field report with them. The final report that has our photos and more detailed information will be emailed to the buyer by the end of the day.

Payment is due at the time of inspection. Payment can be made by cash, check, credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App. A credit card number, expiration date, CV#, and Zip code of billing address can be called in prior to inspection if customer won’t be at the inspection.
